Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate preferably
- Must have at least 2 years Recruitment / Sourcing experience in a BPO
- Must have an experience in handling sourcing channels such Digital, Referral Program, Vendor Management, and External Partnerships
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in handling stakeholders and BU management is an advantage
- Must be willing to be assigned in QC and amenable to work onsite daily
- Must be willing to work in shifts, holiday, and weekends
