Job Description

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in BPO Recruitment particularly in Sourcing
Intermediate knowledge in Excel. Familiarity in using PivotTables, Index & Match, LOOKUP, etc.
Must have clear understanding of reporting day-to-day recruitment performance.
Must have experience in directly working with Recruitment Operations and other counterparts.
Must be willing to work on full onsite and midshift
Must have exposure in hiring different agent profiles like ITHD, Healthcare, Financial, Logistics, Generic CS, etc.
