About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist who is an accountable strategist, not a generalist recruiter. You will be the primary engine of our recruitment funnel, responsible for identifying and attracting the top 5% of specialist talent from the Filipino market.

Reporting to the Sourcing Pod Lead, you will act as a strategic partner to our Senior Recruiters, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads for complex, high-impact roles. You will use market intelligence to decode complex technical requirements into enticing value propositions that resonate with passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Touch Candidate Attraction: Directly headhunt passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche networks using personalized outreach that articulates the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) with precision.
  • Technical Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical competence and cultural alignment, ensuring every candidate endorsed is a high-potential specialist.
  • Sourcing Ecosystem Development: Implement and scale a sourcing verticalsuch as a high-velocity Referral Program, Strategic Industry Partnerships, or Recruitment Marketing campaignsto systematically increase qualified application volume.
  • Data-Driven Benchmarking: Identify talent supply and salary benchmarks across multiple verticals to guide client expectations and internal strategy.
  • Database and Talent Pool Governance: Maintain impeccable data integrity within our CRM to enable candidate rediscovery, and build Talent Pools to ensure a strong pipeline of skilled candidates.

Qualifications and Competencies

Essential Requirements

  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 3 years of specialized sourcing or headhunting experience, ideally within a premium agency or a specialized offshoring firm.
  • Technological Proficiency: Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems. Proven ability to integrate AI tools into the sourcing workflow.
  • Vertical Knowledge: Deep understanding of one or more core verticals: Amazon and E-commerce, Marketing and Creatives, Finance, Customer Services and Sales, Legal and Professional Services, or Software Development and Technology.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Ability to decode complex technical roles into relatable and enticing value propositions.

Nice-to-Have

  • AI-Powered Workflow: Leveraged LLMs and automation tools and built self-sustaining sourcing loops that automate top-of-funnel identification while maintaining high-touch personalization.
  • Performance Marketing: Applied A/B testing methodologies to outreach messaging and utilized basic performance marketing principles to optimize candidate conversion rates across diverse sourcing channels.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to track and translate raw market intelligence and salary benchmarks into visual reports that enable our recruitment team and clients to perform data-backed hiring decisions.
  • Employer Brand Storytelling: Proficient in creating structured, multi-channel content that articulates the Employer Value Proposition.

Success Metrics

  • Successfully hire 12+ top-tier professionals in your first six months
  • Maintain a Talent Pool of 20+ active candidates in each of your assigned niches, ready to be endorsed to clients at any time
  • Implement and scale any one of our core sourcing strategies to drive at least 50% increase in application volume versus baseline metrics: Recruitment Marketing and Paid Media, Community Building and Partnerships, or Referral Program
