Responsibilities Primary functions of the role are sourcing and lead generationYou will search, contact, and screen candidates; find candidates who qualify for either full time or project-based opportunitiesActively approach both job seekers (active candidates) and those who are not actively looking for a new job (passive candidates), identify if there is a good matchConduct complex searches within the industry and compile the list of the best candidates for web development and software engineering positionsWork with job boards, specialized websites, and professional social networks such as LinkedIn to find the right talentOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements Proven experience with sourcing and recruitmentKnowledge and/or experience with boolean search and talent miningStrong interpersonal skills, excellent phone manners, and excellent attention to detailExperience in hiring technical roles is a plus.
