Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for goods and services that support iOPEX's operations. This role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing spend data, managing vendor relationships, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving supplier-related issues. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate procurement records, and recommending continuous improvements to sourcing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms and manage risk.
- Experience in procurement operations, including purchase order management, vendor onboarding, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using procurement or ERP tools to track spend, performance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present sourcing recommendations clearly.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles, market dynamics, and category management relevant to technology and digital services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a sourcing or procurement role, preferably within IT, technology services, or shared services environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
