This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Metro Manila. The Sourcing Manager will oversee and manage sourcing activities, develop supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement strategies. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The Sourcing Manager will also be responsible for supplier performance evaluation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Proven skills in vendor management, supplier negotiation, and contract analysis
• Experience in procurement strategies, cost optimization, and market trend analysis
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and risk management
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., procurement platforms, Microsoft Office)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage
• Prior experience in digital or technology-driven environments is preferred
