Sourcing Manager (Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

As the Sourcing Manager for GoTeam, you will lead and optimize the sourcing function that supports our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing sourcing operations, developing sourcing strategies, overseeing candidate engagement standards, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the candidate journey. This role combines team leadership, process improvement, talent pipeline development, employer branding support, and recruitment technology optimization to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and strong recruitment outcomes.

You're Likely A Strong Fit If You Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or related recruitment leadership functions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience managing talent acquisition teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sourcing teams, including coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and KPI accountability.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining recruitment processes, SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Experience using and optimizing ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and candidate engagement technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate conversion outcomes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Cebu IT Park) on a day-shift schedule.

Strong Signals

  • Experience within a managed operations outsourcing, shared services, or high-growth recruitment environment.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations, or process improvement projects involving recruitment technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and candidate attraction strategies.

Responsibility Pillars

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sourcing team through regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Establish team goals, service standards, and productivity metrics aligned with Talent Acquisition objectives.
  • Monitor sourcing team performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure sourcing team members maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date candidate profiles within established timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience by ensuring timely, personalized, and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain service-level standards that ensure all candidate registrations, applications, and inquiries receive an initial response within four (4) hours or less, Monday through Saturday.
  • Oversee candidate engagement across all recruitment and employer branding channels, ensuring inquiries received through the website, social media platforms, and messaging channels are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain social media engagement standards by ensuring candidate and community interactions on company posts are acknowledged and responded to within established response-time targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance candidate journey touchpoints, identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness, engagement, satisfaction, and overall conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent employer brand experience across all candidate-facing communications and platforms.

Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and maintain market maps for key business and technical positions to support workforce planning and proactive talent acquisition.
  • Identify new sourcing channels, talent communities, and recruitment marketing opportunities to expand candidate reach and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and ensure pipeline readiness.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

  • Own and continuously improve sourcing processes, workflows, and operational standards across the candidate journey.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment SOPs, process documentation, templates, and candidate communication materials while ensuring proper version control and governance.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve team efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience.

Conversion Optimization & Analytics

  • Drive initiatives to increase the conversion of website visitors into registered candidates and completed applications.
  • Monitor sourcing, engagement, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Develop reporting and insights on candidate engagement, profile completion, sourcing effectiveness, response times, and funnel performance.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
