JOB SUMMARY
SOURCING AND MARKET MAPPING
Build and strategize manpower planning based on the projection given by the front ending team
Guide the sourcing lead to help the front ending team in sharing MI for the skills coming out of projection
Build Market Intelligence and review the Market Mapping for Generic and Niche Skills and present it to BU and Client
Work with the team to share profiles for any new RFP proposals and revert with market intelligence to BU and client.
Managing source mix by doing periodical clustering of recruitment data and mobilizing sourcing channels based on needs.
SOCIAL MEDIA RECRUITMENT
Set the organizational level social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions.
Get the team involved in branding activities Posting in Portals / Social Media - LinkedIn / Facebook.
Set the target and create visibility by way of branding. Conduct Webinars / Meet Ups to attract and engage passive candidates
PROFILE SCREENING AND APPLICANT TRACKING
Explore and recognize the best tools those are cost effective as well as process efficient
Build formats/templates that captures candidate details and necessary screening parameters
Maintain, streamline, and enhance master database as per business and volume of fulfillment.
Monitor the requisitions allocated and ensure fulfillment in progress.
Sharing consolidated tracker with Recruiters asking for feedback once in a week.
Updating leaders on the selections, offers and plan to fulfill positions
Appropriate channelization of profiles and its source to be tapped in order to meet source-mix metrics and reporting needs.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Identify strategic vendors to enhance the sourcing efforts for the niche skill / priority requirements.
Empanel RPO / qualified vendors who can handle large volumes and fulfill the needs within turnaround time.
Have Quarterly / Yearly review on the performance of vendors
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP REPORTING
Work closely with business leaders, Recruiters/Recruitment Leads/Sourcing Leads, Vendor Partners, HR partners, outsourced providers and preferred suppliers and develop recruitment strategies to address existing and upcoming requirements.
Manage high-level escalation and provide constructive solutions to enhance the sourcing experience.
Ensure the reports are shared on time to leadership team and seek advice and approval for performance enhancement.
PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE
Implement and exercise the process, monitor team's adherence to processes, and address any process deviation
Design new recruitment strategies in line with Global standards.
Attend compliance and process adherence training and cascade within the team
COST MANAGEMENT
Prepare and propose budget based on the manpower planning for the Year.
Ensure the team is fully utilized and cost is kept under control by allocating budget for every sourcing channel.
Balance the need for external vendors
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING
Arranging learning sessions so as to make the ATS an accessible and friendly tool for the team
Recommend relevant training programs to future proof Sourcing Team
Build clusters within the team to address requirement based on Business Units / Skills and Domain.
Periodical shuffling of team (sourcing strategists) to bring in new ideas and reduce dependencies
