Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Lead with proven experience in procurement and supplier management. This role is responsible for building a reliable and cost-efficient supply base that can keep up with the speed, seasonal peaks, and campaign demands. The successful candidate will lead negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure timely supply of products that meet cost, quality, and business requirements. This role is critical in balancing buying priorities with supply reliability, and in driving long-term value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier on-boarding, negotiations, contract and performance management.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, timeliness, and flexibility to support business needs.
  • Partner with suppliers to deliver high service levels, resolving issues quickly to avoid business disruptions.
  • Drive cost savings and value- creation initiatives while securing supply reliability.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Business Operations and Finance teams to anticipate and plan for future requirements and align on budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company's standards, policies and ethical sourcing practices.

  • Supplier Performance - Ensuring on-time delivery, high fill-rate, and exceptional service level performance
  • Supply Reliability - Securing inventory efficiency and on-shelf availability, preventing business disruptions
  • Operational Agility - Responding quickly and effectively to sourcing needs and market changes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, delivering cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance on cost, efficiency, and service levels.
  • Solid understanding of supply continuity planning and risk management.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to partner across functions.
  • Ability to balance agility, cost-efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced business environment.
