The Lead will be responsible in managing campaigns, producing engaging content, and strategizing effective marketing communications activities which would help the Talent Acquisition team reach its target audience. He/She will work with the sourcing, operations, human resource, and marketing team in crafting content which would help deliver the needed human capital leads of the organization. He/She will analyze data, work with creative teams to optimize marketing materials and ensure that all collaterals are aligned with the overall Cognizant brand.
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable in handling the ins and outs of Online Hiring Platforms
- Proficient with MS office suite, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. And a good understanding of digital marketing tools in conjunction with a flair for storytelling and branding.
- With hands-on marketing experience, ability to manage multiple programs/ campaigns under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organization's pattern of communication and our client's motivation.
- High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a, area/ global level.
- Manage resources involved in program/ campaign delivery (internal agency, third-party vendors, etc.) to achieve desired results.
- Knowledge of region/market trends, issues and competitive intelligence impacting BPO Job market.
- Writing and editing, creating content for marketing collaterals.
- Storytelling and developing compelling value propositions.
- Proven experience of customization of content to meet the needs of the relevant channel, market and audience.
- Experience in account marketing and project management skills will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with prior experience in managing TA marketing initiatives and employer branding, and experience working in an advertising agency will be prioritized.
Duties And Responsibilities
- This individual will help the talent acquisition team bring external and/or internal TA marketing programs to life.
- Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, priorities, target audiences, differentiators, and other aspects.
- Develop and project manage internal and external TA marketing initiatives (e.g. social media campaigns, events, public relations, advertising, etc.)
- Collaborate with sourcing leads to understand key issues and solutions, and develop go-to-TA marketing campaigns.
- Support TA marketing campaigns for markets priorities including working with the account owners to drive talent pipeline and to build future talent pool.
- Enable the Talent Acquisition team to develop their own TA collateral, by providing them brand-aligned toolkits and templates.
- Create and manage TA collaterals and toolkit development from scratch, including conducting kick-off calls with the TA team and other stakeholders.
- Develop robust project plans around TA marketing initiatives per account profile with stakeholders to obtain buy-in and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps.
- Develop and create industry leading and innovative TA marketing solutions.
- Analyze the impact of the TA marketing initiatives on the talent pipeline.
- Manage multiple campaigns/programs under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
