We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support the recruitment and sourcing of potential employees. This role is responsible for identifying qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, and coordinating recruitment activities to meet hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualifications
- Assist in employer branding and job posting activities
- Ensure timely and positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
