. Backlog chasing and SLA control

. Good communication skills

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

. Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially Inventory and Claim processes

. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended working hours during campaigns

. Willing to work mostly afternoon/night shifts

. Fast response and able to work well under pressure

. Good team coordination and cross-functional communication skills

. Ability to manage operational issues and support daily process execution
