Job Summary
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, presenting, and supporting tailored technology solutions for clients. This role involves requirements analysis, solution architecture, proposal preparation, technical presentations, and product demonstrations while ensuring the successful implementation of recommended solutions.
What You'll Do
- Research emerging technologies and solutions as assigned
- Conduct requirements analysis and recommend the most suitable technology solutions
- Design and develop solution architectures for infrastructure and technology projects
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and initial implementation plans
- Respond to customer RFPs and RFIs by preparing technical and compliance documentation
- Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and proposed solutions, and recommend appropriate strategies
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions
- Coordinate with technology partners and product vendors to validate solution feasibility
- Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and implementation activities
- Support Business Development Managers by providing product knowledge and technical expertise
- Create and update technical sales collateral to support the Sales team
- Identify opportunities to expand solutions within existing and prospective client accounts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Designer, IT Consultant, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence, Business Process Automation, and related technologies
- Professional IT certifications are an advantage
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
- Exposure to project management, systems integration, managed services, implementation, or application support is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Compensation And Work Details
- Salary Range: PHP 50,000–PHP 60,000
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Flexible
- Work Location: Quezon City
- Employment Type: Full-time
