Position: Solutions Specialist

Qualifications Needed
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years professional experience in a technical role, such as solution architect, solution
designer, IT consultant, or any similar role.
Experience working with, and having sound understanding of various technologies and areas
such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence and Analysis, Business
Process Automation, etc.
- Having relevant professional certifications is a plus
- Has both technical and business affinity, having relevant experience working and collaborating with the sales and marketing team.
- Exposure to project management, implementation, managed services, application support, and systems integration is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, presenting, and supporting tailored
technology solutions that address client requirements. This role involves conducting
requirements analysis, preparing proposals, creating solution architectures, and
delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations. The Solutions Specialist
works closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure the feasibility,
alignment, and successful implementation of solutions.
