Job Description

The Solution Manager - Accounts / White Label Apps is responsible for driving the growth, development, and success of Netbank's Account-as-a-Service (AaaS) and White-Label App solutions. This includes managing the entire product lifecycle, engaging with partners to understand their needs, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and innovative solutions. The role demands expertise in customer engagement, technical knowledge, risk management, and strategic planning to scale the solution across multiple market segments and contribute to Netbank's long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Partner Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to understand partner requirements, operational needs, and pain points.
  • Provide regular updates to partners on solution progress, implementation timelines, and post-deployment performance.

Solution Development and Customization

  • Analyze partner requirements and align them with the capabilities of the AaaS and White-Label App solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement customized solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Lead the creation of detailed solution proposals, including functionality, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure the solution meets scalability, usability, and compliance requirements across different partner segments.

Product Roadmap and Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for AaaS and White-Label App solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and performance monitoring.
  • Incorporate partner feedback and market insights into the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

  • Identify potential risks associated with partner requirements, technical integrations, or operational processes.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions to the solution.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Oversee the execution of projects related to the AaaS and White-Label App solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, compliance, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track and report project progress, highlighting key milestones and addressing challenges promptly.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends in the AaaS and White-Label App space.
  • Analyze competitor offerings to refine Netbank's value proposition and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments for targeted solution development.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing, and product, and IT to design and execute a go-to-market strategy for the AaaS solution.
  • Develop compelling messaging and marketing materials highlighting the solution's unique features and benefits.
  • Support sales efforts by participating in pitches, demos, and partner onboarding sessions.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collect partner and end-user feedback to refine features and enhance the overall solution experience.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices to ensure the solution evolves with market and partner needs.
