As a Power Platform Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales
and solutions team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and business value
articulation for Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,and Power Virtual Agents). You will engage with clients to understand their business needs,demonstrate tailored solutions, and help drive digital transformation initiatives using low-codetechnology.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design and propose Power
Platform solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct requirements discovery sessions and translate business needs into
functional and technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and
Presentations To Showcase Power Platform Capabilities.
- Develop solution proposals, technical documentation, and cost estimates as part of
the pre-sales process.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure proposed solutions align with client goals and
technical feasibility.
- Partner with Microsoft and other internal stakeholders to align solutions with best
practices and the latest product features.
- Stay updated on new Power Platform features, licensing models, and ecosystem
integrations to provide strategic insights to clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Power Platform or Microsoft 365 solutioning and
implementation.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally within IT services or
systems integration environments.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and
Power BI; familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) are highly
preferred.
