We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Digital Solutions Manager to drive innovation across a growing digital platform ecosystem.

About the Role
In this role, you will lead digital product development and market-entry initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, scalable solutions. You'll play a key role in driving digital transformation through innovation, analytics, and platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for digital platform initiatives
- Lead rapid prototyping and pilot emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities for product digitization, automation, and system integration
- Drive data visualization, predictive analytics, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, clinical, and business teams to deliver solutions
- Support go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and launch execution
- Analyze user data to continuously improve platform performance
- Stay current with healthcare and digital transformation trends
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of subject matter expertise in a related domain
- Experience in digital product development or digital healthcare solutions
- Strong business process understanding and technical/product design knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jira, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Product or digital certifications
