Position: PV Solutions Engineer
Join our team as a PV Solutions Engineer!
We're looking for an engineer who can help design and deliver smart PV solutions for
residential and commercial projects, energy storage systems, and microgrids.
What You'll Do
- Plan and support the design of smart PV solutions.
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Develop customized solutions and technical deliverables for key projects.
- Present and explain solutions to customers, including technical teams and executives.
- Support project bidding, planning, consulting, and delivery.
- Lead requirement surveys and provide solutions that meet project needs.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to help improve PV solutions and product development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- Experience in the solar or energy industry is preferred, especially with developers, EPCs, inverter, or battery companies.
- Familiarity with PVSyst, PVSol, AutoCAD, or similar solar design software.
- Strong customer engagement, presentation, and technical communication skills.
- Experience in project bidding and customer-facing technical discussions is a plus.
- Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams.
