Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

About the Role

Acceligent is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand business requirements, recommend appropriate technology solutions, and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and has a passion for helping organizations solve business challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and business objectives.
• Design and recommend technology solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal technical teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and technical inquiries.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or enterprise technologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with enterprise IT solutions is an advantage.
