Location: Fully Remote - ideally based in the Philippines due to team set up, but can be based anywhere in Asia

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and commercial impact. This role isn't just about implementation, it's about helping customers unlock real ROI quickly while building scalable automation that grows with them.
You'll lead customer engagements from design to deployment, turning complex hiring challenges into structured workflows, integrations, and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
