Solutions Director – Travel & Hospitality (BPO)
McKinley, Philippines (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Director with deep expertise in the Travel & Hospitality sector to lead solutioning excellence, support large-scale deals, and drive growth across the vertical.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for leading RFP/RFQ solutioning, commercial strategy, and account expansion in close partnership with business leaders, sales teams, and client partners.
If you are a hands-on solution architect with strong travel domain knowledge and sharp commercial acumen, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategic deals and influence business growth.
What You'll Do
Solutioning & Deal Support
- Lead the development of RFPs, RFQs, and client proposals.
- Design end-to-end BPO solutions tailored to travel and hospitality clients.
- Build commercially sound solutions, including pricing and cost structures.
Drive Business Growth
- Partner with Business Development to support new client acquisition.
- Work with Client Services and Client Partners to grow existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within key travel accounts.
Commercial & Financial Strategy
- Apply strong knowledge of pricing models and deal structures.
- Ensure solutions align with revenue, margin, profitability, and broader business goals.
Industry & Operational Expertise
- Use your knowledge of contact center operations, including service levels, SLAs, seat utilization, and workforce planning.
- Ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and scalable.
Hands-On Execution
- Independently create client presentations and capability decks.
- Develop solution frameworks and proposals.
- Operate as both a hands-on executor and a strategic thinker.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience in solutioning or solution architecture within a BPO environment.
- Strong background in supporting large deals and managing RFP processes.
- Deep exposure to the Travel & Hospitality sector, including airlines, OTAs, hospitality, or travel services.
Core Skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Deep understanding of contact center operations and pricing models.
- Ability to translate client requirements into practical solutions and proposals.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required.
- Travel-related certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
Role Setup
- Individual contributor role with no direct reports initially.
- Works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Onsite role based in McKinley with no hybrid setup.
