Executes and monitors end-to-end full-stack solutions testing and quality audits ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.
Supports the development, implementation and maintenance of service level management framework, policies, process, standards, guidelines and procedures aligned with global and best practices.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or other related fields
Has experience in the implementation of Service Level Management as a Service Level Analyst or Service Level Manager
Has familiarity with service level management tools, and SEI CMMI, ITSM/ITIL, COBIT, TMM and other related standards and methodologies
Has background in implementation of quality standards as a Software Quality Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst
Has knowledge in Quality Control and Assurance methodologies and procedures, and ICT Infrastructure, such as, but not limited to: Servers, Operating Systems, Database, Middleware, and Networking Infrastructure
Has experience in software testing and performance testing, using tools such as HP Quality Center, or other similar tools
