You are a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-driven professional with a passion for project management and operational excellence. Reporting to the Solutions Development Manager, you will drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Software Asset Management (SAM) programs. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative SAM solutions that align with strategic business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

The Impact You Will Have
The SAM Solutions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the development and evolution of SAM offerings. You'll help orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, streamline project execution, and ensure the successful rollout of go-to-market strategies. Your work will directly influence solution quality, team alignment, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of SAM solution development across the five core SAM+ pillars, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure timely milestone achievement

  • Organize and manage project meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, documentation, and follow-up on action items

  • Serve as a central liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and seamless execution on projects

  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of project documentation, including process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Coordinate the development and deployment of enablement materials for both internal stakeholders and external audiences

  • Collect and synthesize feedback from key stakeholders to inform project decisions and support continuous improvement

  • Monitor SAM activities against key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data collection and reporting for internal dashboards and reviews

  • Analyze performance trends and operational insights to support data-driven decision-making and optimize project outcomes

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or go-to-market roles, preferably within a technology or asset management environment

  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities to foster collaboration across diverse teams

  • Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI for data tracking and visualization

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
