We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions that meet their specific needs, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
- Engage with clients to assess their business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
System Implementation
- Lead the implementation of software solutions, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Customize systems to align with client workflows and business processes.
Training & Documentation
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
- Create comprehensive user documentation, guides, and FAQs.
Aftersales Support
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor system performance and user engagement, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiative
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in system implementation, consulting, or technical support.
- Familiarity with B2B transactions is preferred.
- Proficient in using any software tools, or methodologies such as JIRA, Hubspot, WIX and the like.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
