Solutions Architect

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Full Stack) to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of business technology solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for building scalable and secure applications, APIs, and system integrations that support restaurant, retail, and corporate operations. The position will work closely with business and IT teams to drive digital transformation, improve system efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across ERP, POS, HRIS, e-commerce, CRM, and other business platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop scalable business applications and system integrations
• Build and maintain APIs, dashboards, admin portals, and automation tools
• Manage integrations across SAP, POS, WMS, HRIS, Shopify, CRM, and other platforms
• Handle both frontend and backend development using modern technologies
• Ensure systems are secure, stable, and optimized for performance
• Support digital transformation and future technology initiatives
• Work closely with IT, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders on projects and system improvements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide long-term solutions

WHAT WE NEED

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Systems Architecture, or Enterprise Integrations
• Strong experience in frontend and backend technologies such as React, Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or Java
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations
• Exposure to ERP, POS, e-commerce, CRM, or retail systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Amenable working fulltime onsite in Mandaluyong City
