SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTL3

The Solutions Architect is a versatile and motivated technologist who has a broad understanding of business problems and solutions. S/He works closely with business stakeholders, technology suppliers and technology teams to research, design and implement technology solutions, identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications. An individual contributor, s/he is also responsible for helping drive the adoption and implementation of Client's enterprise architecture guardrails to their associated BU.

How you'll contribute

Designs Solution Architecture with a focus on Realtime/Automated Solutions, API driven, data management, monitoring, reporting, and analytics.

Identifies and assesses technology opportunities to support business and technical strategies and goals; Defines and documents current and target state architecture.

Identifies and effectively manages the architectural impacts, including assessments, dependencies, tools, technical requirements, issues, and risks relevant to the project-related solution.

Provides technical leadership and works with a wider group of architects, application, product and business teams to define and socialize architectural concepts and approaches.

Researches, trains and advocates novel technologies and tools to ensure the latest trends and developments are considered as part of SBC's architecture strategy.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in solution architecture

With a minimum of 5 years in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments

Experience with multiple architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
