Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce solutions, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and be able to create compelling proposals that align with business objectives. Knowledge of the education domain is a plus, but not mandatory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead projects from conception to execution while ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create detailed project proposals, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for business benefits.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and design.
• Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in creating project proposals and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:
