Solutions Architect

Job Overview

We are looking to add a Solutions Architect to our team who can assess client pain points, understand their business and technical requirements, and recommend appropriate IT solutions to address their challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, system integration, and patch management, with experience supporting mid-market and enterprise accounts. They should be able to provide technical guidance and design solutions that improve efficiency, security, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend technical solutions based on client requirements and business needs.
• Apply software development knowledge to application design, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage patch deployment, software updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure proposed solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Provide technical guidance throughout solution implementation.
• Address technical requirements and challenges across mid-market and enterprise environments.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, with a background in software development and solution design.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in patch management, software deployment, or vulnerability remediation.
• Proven experience supporting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Experience designing, implementing, and integrating solutions for complex IT environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development, system integration, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, security practices, and automation tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
