Solutions Architect

Official Job Title: Solutions Architect - Enterprise Platforms & Productivity

Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions across ERP, CRM, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
• Act as technical owner for assigned opportunities
• Design Good‑Better‑Best architectures aligned to client outcomes and margin discipline
• Identify delivery risks and flag conditions per Feasibility protocol
• Support partner enablement and engagement activities
• Collaborate with different members within and outside the team to ensure seamless movement of projects

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital workplace architecture or pre‑sales engineering.
• Experience supporting government and/or enterprise deals
• At least an associate level certification from 1 of the following platforms: Microsoft, Google, ERP solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• Detail oriented.
