Role
We are building a new Veza practice and seeking a Practice Lead to anchor it end-to-end — from solutioning and pre-sales through delivery, customer assessments, and roadmap definition. The ideal candidate brings deep IGA and broader IAM experience and the curiosity to ramp quickly on Veza's Access Graph and ISPM capabilities. Prior Veza experience is a plus but not required; strong IAM fundamentals are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the build-out of the Veza practice: offerings, accelerators, delivery playbooks, and reusable assets.
- Drive pre-sales activities — both proactive (POVs, demos, thought leadership) and reactive (RFP/RFI responses, scoping, SOWs, estimations).
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating Veza with IGA, PAM, IDP, cloud, SaaS, and data platforms.
- Conduct Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) assessments and translate findings into prioritized, multi-phase roadmaps.
- Partner with sales and account teams to shape opportunities, articulate value, and present to technical and executive audiences.
- Mentor consultants and engineers; grow the practice's technical bench through enablement and certification.
- Build and maintain the partner relationship with Veza and ensure alignment on joint GTM motions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years specifically in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on background in IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada) and broader IAM domains — access reviews, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, joiner-mover-leaver, SoD, privileged access.
- Proven solutioning experience: architecture, integrations, data models, and connector frameworks across hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated pre-sales and consulting capability — solution creation, effort estimation, customer workshops, and executive presentations.
- Experience leading assessments and producing actionable roadmaps for identity programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into business outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on Veza experience or completed Veza enablement/certifications.
- Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), data access governance, and non-human identity (NHI) use cases.
- Experience building or scaling a consulting practice from the ground up.
