We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-scale collaboration, messaging, identity, and endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural knowledge, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Design and implement enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead architecture initiatives across Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Architect and manage hybrid identity solutions integrating Microsoft Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory using Microsoft Entra Connect.
• Develop and maintain secure identity and access management frameworks, including authentication, conditional access, and governance controls.
• Design and support enterprise messaging and email environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead endpoint management strategies utilizing Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft security technologies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best-practice recommendations for Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to optimize the organization's Microsoft ecosystem.
• Create architectural documentation, implementation roadmaps, and operational standards.
  
  

• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience implementing and integrating complex enterprise-level messaging, email, identity, and endpoint management solutions.
• Deep technical and operational expertise across the Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity integration with on-premises Active Directory.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra Connect and identity synchronization technologies.
• Extensive experience designing, administering, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments for large enterprises.
• Hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or related certifications.
• Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture and modern workplace technologies.
