Data Analyst,Automation & Process Improvement

Role Summary

We are hiring an Automation & Process Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that streamline and automate operational workflows. This role will focus on reducing manual effort in tasks such as billing file creation, job cost sheet generation, customer onboarding, and document uploads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement tools/scripts to automate file creation and uploads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Document processes and train team members on automation tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in process automation with automation tools
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier).
• Strong AI skills (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel (macros), Python, or VBA.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
