Job Summary
As Solutions Architect Cluster Lead, you will manage and develop a team of architects to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions aligned with the bank's business strategy and technology roadmap. This role ensures architecture governance, evaluates emerging technologies, and provides consulting support to project teams to maintain alignment with enterprise standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure architecture governance and compliance with standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
- Provide consulting support to project teams for solution design.
- Align solutions with the bank's technology roadmap and security requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) preferred.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
- Experience in digital transformation and large-scale system implementations.
