Solutions Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. In this role, you will define solution architecture, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. You will play a critical role in guiding engineering teams through complex technical decisions while promoting software quality, maintainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define technical strategies and solution roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support development teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or system design.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring software engineering teams.
