About the role
We are seeking an experienced ArcOne Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of ArcOne solutions within enterprise utility environments. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architecture decisions, and ensure seamless integration between ArcOne and Oracle Utilities applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end ArcOne solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define and implement integration architecture between ArcOne and Oracle Utilities applications, including CCS and MDM.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integration design specifications and technical documentation.
- Support workflow automation, To Do management, and production support activities.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practice guidance to project and support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Experience
- 10–15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ArcOne technical implementation experience (mandatory).
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCS) and Meter Data Management (MDM) integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise utility environments.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture and enterprise integration design.
