Your Role
As a
Checkbox Solutions Analyst, you will:
- Configure and build customer-specific solutions within the Checkbox no-code platform.
- Create workflows, matter layouts and fields, intake forms, databases, dashboards, AI agents, and other platform components.
- Translate documented business requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
- Interpret legal operations workflows and implement them effectively within the Checkbox platform.
- Ensure all platform configurations align with established design standards and best practices.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience or training supporting technical products, including APIs and light coding (e.g., JavaScript).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid setup with a shifting schedule in Metro Manila.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience working with legal departments and/or legal operations teams.
- Background in legal technology or workflow automation software.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms, service delivery platforms, or case management systems.
- Familiarity with matter management, legal intake, contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal service delivery, or legal operations processes.
- Experience supporting SaaS implementation, solution delivery projects, or AI-enabled workflow and automation platforms.
