Duties And Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Own and manage assigned accounts to drive revenue growth, profitability, and account expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline aligned with targets
  • Lead client engagements, including presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Solutions Development & Pricing
  • Develop solution concepts, cost estimates, and proposals in collaboration with Solutions Engineers
  • Prepare accurate quotations aligned with technical and commercial requirements
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and margin targets
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely billing, collections, and expense processing
  • Sales & Account Monitoring
  • Monitor sales performance, awarded projects, and account progress
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts
  • Track project status to ensure alignment with targets and deliverables
  • Client Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Consultative Selling & Solutions Alignment
  • Engage clients to understand technical and business requirements
  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on identified needs
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to support solution accuracy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams
  • Align solution designs, project requirements, and business strategies internally
  • Support smooth project handover to Operations after deal closure
  • Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders through regular coordination
  • Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Prepare and compile proposals, reports, and client documentation
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with standards
  • Maintain organized records of sales, projects, and client interactions
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of commitments

Educational Background And Work Experiences

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in solution-based, technical, or pre-sales roles
  • Experience in AV integration, digital signage, or integrated solutions is preferred
  • Background in B2B, project-based, or solution selling is an advantage
  • Experience handling tenders, bids, or government projects is a plus

Key Competencies And Skills

  • Strong consultative selling, technical solutioning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate client requirements into practical system designs
  • Knowledge of basic technical concepts (e.g., display technologies)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and similar tools; CRM experience is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and adaptability across formats
