Job Description
The Solution Specialist is expected to provide IT enabled customized solutions to address business pain points. He/she is responsible for understanding a client's needs and recommending products and services to meet those needs. This may involve analyzing data, conducting research, and collaborating with other professionals to develop effective solutions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively communicate with business users to gather requirements.
Analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and decrease costs.
Consulting with business users about potential solutions, recommending appropriate technology applications.
Liaising with business users to ensure that they are satisfied with the solution, providing them with regular updates on progress, and answering their questions.
Drafting project plans that outline the scope of work, needed resources, and time frame for completion.
Managing projects from start to finish.
Design and implement business analysis and data recording systems.
Maintain databases & systems and perform updates as necessary.
Develop, document, and adhere to development and process standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering related courses.
Knowledgeable in any SQL database
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Strong organizational skills required with keen attention to details
