Responsibilities
Manage the product portfolio of Key account
Promote products value to downstream customers and partners by exhibition and industry webinar
Provide technical support to sales team throughout sales process
Review technical details in contract and engage customers for technical discussion
Collect voice of customer, analyze competitor info, perform field study, and document market requirements
Handle customer warranty claims by desktop help and project site visiting
Qualifications
Deep understanding on PV module technology, with knowledge on solar system design preferred
Great communication skills and detail oriented. Proactive and can-do attitude
Quick learner and apply learning to job functions
Science or engineering degree with 1-3 years working experience in Solar module or other related industry
Responsible for local after-sales customer service, Travel to customer, industry conferences, or project site as needed
English fluency is required
