Solution Manager

We're currently partnering with a regulated digital bank to hire a Solution Manager (BaaS) who can diagnose partner pain points, build tailored API-driven banking solutions, and turn complex B2B deals into revenue.

What you'll do:

• BD & Client Management: Source, qualify, and close B2B deals across fintechs, lenders, and platforms. Manage accounts to upsell and scale transaction volume.
• Solution Strategy & Design: Diagnose client operational gaps, design tailored BaaS/API solutions (Virtual Accounts, Disbursements, Lending), and structure profitable pricing models.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to map requirements and ensure fast, smooth partner onboarding.
• GTM & Growth: Define go-to-market strategies, track solution profitability, and feed market insights back into product development.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 2+ years in B2B Business Development / Sales within Fintech, Payments, or Digital Banking.
• Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), payment rails, and B2B sales cycles.
• Skills: B2B Negotiation, Solution Scoping, Project Management, and hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Mindset: Proactive self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English & Tagalog.
