Solution Designer

This is a full-time on-site Solution Designer role located in Makati. The Solution Designer will be responsible for crafting solution architectures, integrating systems, and supporting software development processes. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. The role also requires consultation with clients to deliver optimal solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration
• Proficiency in Software Development methodologies and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills to solve complex business and technical challenges
• Experience in IT Consulting and engaging with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in banking, IT service management, or related industries is an advantage
