Join Our Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS) Team
Help organizations modernize the way they plan, budget, and forecast through Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. As part of our Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS) team, you'll work with clients to analyze business processes, design planning models, and implement enterprise planning solutions that improve decision-making and business performance.

What You'll Do
- Configure, develop, and maintain enterprise planning models based on client requirements.
- Translate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes into scalable planning solutions.
- Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders and recommend solution approaches.
- Configure and customize planning models using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, project planning, and pre-sales activities when needed.
- Continuously learn new technologies and planning solutions to support client engagements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, or enterprise planning.
- Experience building, configuring, supporting, or administering planning models or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- Experience with Anaplan, Jedox, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments is an advantage.
