Solution Architects

Key Responsibilities

Technical Discovery Impact Assessment

·      Conduct deep dive technical analysis of the new requirements across impacted systems platforms and integration layers

·      Assess architectural impacts across applications APIs data flows security infrastructure and downstream dependencies

·      Identify technical constraints risks assumptions and dependencies that may affect delivery scope estimates or timelines

·      Run parallel analysis streams to ensure all impacted architecture domains are reviewed within the discovery timeline

Solution Architecture Design

·      Define the target solution architecture aligned with business requirements enterprise standards and delivery objectives

·      Develop high-level and detailed solution designs covering application integration data and security considerations

·      Evaluate solution options and recommend the most viable architecture based on feasibility complexity scalability cost and delivery risk

·      Ensure the proposed architecture is fit for approval and can be translated into executable delivery scope

Integration API Design

·      Define the end-to-end integration approach across internal and external systems

·      Identify required APIs message flows data exchange patterns interface dependencies and integration touchpoints

·      Support the development of API specifications integration patterns data mapping inputs and nonfunctional requirements

·      Ensure the integration design supports reliability performance security monitoring and operational support needs

Estimation Delivery Planning Support

·      Provide architecture driven inputs to definitive estimates delivery sequencing and implementation planning

·      Decompose technical scope into work packages that can support build squad sizing and delivery mobilization

·      Identify architecture dependencies technical prerequisites and sequencing considerations for execution

·      Support the creation of governance and approval documents required for internal SBC processes

Governance Review Approval

·      Prepare architecture artifacts required for internal review governance and approval

·      Present solution options recommendations risks and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders

·      Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles security standards compliance requirements and technology governance

·      Support resolution of design decisions and technical blockers during the discovery phase

Required Experience

·      Strong experience in solution architecture technical design and enterprise integration

·      Proven background in banking payments cards digital platforms or financial services technology delivery

·      Experience designing solutions across APIs middleware core platforms data flows and third-party integrations

·      Ability to assess cross platform architecture impacts and define practical delivery ready solutions

·      Experience supporting estimation delivery planning architecture governance and execution readiness

·      Strong understanding of security scalability resilience performance and operational support considerations
