We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design, review, and technical planning of software solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategy. This role serves as the architectural authority across digital platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and integrated effectively within the organization's technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Design

• Lead solution architecture and technical design activities for software platforms, mobile applications, and backend services.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, integration patterns, and technical guidelines across engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions in collaboration with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve system designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership and direction to Software Engineers, Frontend Developers, Platform Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance activities, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Promote software engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
• Identify and address architectural risks, technical debt, and integration challenges across projects.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Review and evaluate application architectures, technical designs, and integrations delivered by outsourced development partners and vendors.
• Ensure vendor-delivered solutions comply with architectural standards, security requirements, scalability expectations, and operational guidelines.
• Provide technical recommendations and feedback to improve solution quality, reliability, maintainability, and integration compatibility.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and design workshops with external technology partners.

Platform & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Platform Engineers to ensure compatibility with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment standards, and operational requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools that improve system capabilities and engineering productivity.
• Maintain architecture documentation, solution diagrams, technical standards, system blueprints, and integration flows.
• Support the resolution of complex production, platform, and integration issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge

• Software architecture principles, including distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first design.
• Modern development frameworks and technologies such as Flutter, ReactJS, NextJS, Laravel, NodeJS, and related platforms.
• Cloud-native architecture concepts within AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• System integration patterns, authentication mechanisms, backend services, and data flow architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
• Application security, scalability, resiliency, and high-availability design principles.
• Relational and non-relational database technologies.
• Software engineering best practices, SDLC methodologies, technical governance, and vendor-delivered software solutions.
