Job Description:

Train and support our direct sales teams and our Channel Partners, including value proposition, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, pricing, and technical specifications

Be accountable for sales planning for the region, including producing a monthly rolling plan for prioritized focus end customers for our direct sales teams and our Channel Partners

Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.

Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) at a detailed and professional level

Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Working with sales managers to drive the pre-sales phase by software & professional services offering and provide product demonstrations functionality, system architecture, benefits, and others by interfacing with prospective and current customers and business partners (both at business and technical level)

Identify, qualify, and enable new business partners focused on solution selling

Identify and support the creation of relevant in-region marketing materials to support our direct sales teams and Channel Partners in the sales process

Naturally, to be successful in this role, you must have and know of:

At least 10 years experience of successfully defining, developing, and selling retail solutions

Preferably, at least 5 years experience with Point of Sale solutions

In-depth knowledge of general retail technologies, business, and operational goals of our target market, to recommend a solution to their needs

Experience with cloud-based solutions, Enterprise-wide systems

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

Knowledge of professional software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Preferably degree educated, with a business or technology-focused degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable presentation skills
