Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
Summary: As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including sales and delivery, to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the client's business goals and provide clear value. The position demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to refine and adapt solutions that meet evolving requirements while maintaining a focus on practical implementation and success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and solution designs. - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing within the group. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems, Health EMR App Cerner. - Strong capability in designing scalable and secure integration architectures. - Experience in developing comprehensive solution blueprints that address complex business challenges. - Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to meet client requirements. - Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - This position is based at our Manila office.
