Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu focused on soldering and repairing PCB board circuits. The role involves performing manual and machine-assisted soldering on electronic components, inspecting PCB boards for defects, and diagnosing circuit issues using standard test equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and repairing faulty boards, reworking solder joints, and ensuring all repairs meet company quality and safety standards. The person in this role will follow work instructions, read and interpret circuit diagrams, maintain tools and equipment, and document repair activities accurately. Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams is expected to resolve recurring issues and support continuous improvement of repair processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in PCB repair, component replacement, and basic circuit troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess skills in manual soldering, rework soldering, and handling surface-mount and through-hole components.
• Candidates should possess skills in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other standard electronic test and measurement tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading schematics, following work instructions, and documenting repair and inspection results.
• Candidates should possess skills in applying quality standards, performing visual inspection, and adhering to safety and ESD handling procedures.
• Relevant technical education in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related vocational course is beneficial.
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or PCB assembly is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately with small components, maintain focus in a production environment, and collaborate effectively with team members is expected.
