I. JOB SUMMARY
Supports the Commercial Operations processes in providing renewable energy (RE) solutions for residential customers. The role is responsible for assisting in sales growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, account development, relationship management, and contract management, aligned with the Company's business objectives in the following key functional areas:
• Lead generation and sales acquisition for B2C customers
• Sales and customer assistance
• Relationship and account management
• Customer contract management
II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES LEAD GENERATION AND ACQUISITION
• Generates, qualifies, and manages sales leads for B2C or B2B customer segments
• Conducts prospecting activities through calls, emails, referrals, field visits, events, partnerships, and other approved sales channels
• Identifies potential customers and business opportunities aligned with the Company's renewable energy solutions
• Coordinates with internal teams to assess customer requirements, site potential, commercial viability, and project feasibility
• Converts qualified leads into sales opportunities and supports the end-to-end customer acquisition process
• Prepares and presents initial proposals, commercial offers, and solution options to prospective customers
• Maintains an updated pipeline report and monitors lead status, conversion progress, and sales acquisition activities
SALES AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
• Manages receipt and processing of service applications and customer requirements
• Ensures coordination for the completion of project design and execution
• Provides support in project closure and operation & maintenance activities
• Processes and monitors billing and collection from customers to ensure acceptable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) levels
• Handles, facilitates, and/or resolves customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Conducts initial evaluation and feasibility assessment of financial models based on specific customer requirements
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Identifies, builds, and maintains deep and meaningful relationships with customers, prospects, and strategic partners
• Crafts and develops strategic partnerships that may generate new business opportunities
• Ensures proper coordination, contract agreements, and required sign-offs with customers
• Supports account development initiatives to expand business from existing customers
CUSTOMER CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
• Negotiates credit line arrangements with customers, when applicable
• Develops and maintains service level agreements and contracts with customers
• Manages and ensures compliance monitoring of service delivery to customers
III. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Knowledgeable in strategic selling, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management
• Knowledgeable in B2C and B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and account development
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in basic cost accounting principles such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period Analysis
• Possesses satisfactory negotiation and presentation skills
• Qualified and fit to drive long distances
• Knowledgeable in EPIRA and RCOA rules
