Solar PV Design Manager

The Solar PV Design Manager at FiberHome will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong. Responsibilities include creating efficient solar PV system designs, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting site assessments, and managing project-related documentation. The position also involves leading a team of designers and working closely with project managers to ensure successful execution of solar energy projects.

• Proficiency in Solar PV system design, including panel layout, electrical schematics, and performance optimization
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, electrical codes, and regulatory compliance
• Project management skills, including team leadership, task scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments and oversee on-site team coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Certification in solar PV installation or design (e.g., NABCEP) is an advantage
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to solar energy projects
• Prior experience in the solar energy industry is highly desirable
