In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating complete and compliant solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client standards, and productivity goals. What you will do as a Customer Service Representative
Generate complete solar permit packages which follow AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements, client processes, required SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality metrics.
Adhere to the established schedule as designated by leadership.
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in the workplace and online communications.
Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1's and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.
Live by and promote the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy and Healthy).
What We're Looking For
Graduate of Engineering course or 2 years Vocational Course on Drafting
At least a year of experience in Autocad or Solar Background
